STORE POLICIES

Payments Accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. Personal checks NOT accepted. ID required for card purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

It is our Policy that items must be returned within 10 days
of delivery/pickup for a refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fee (Not Refundable), re-delivery fee and/or return merchandise pick up fee and a 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED; Products in question must be in new condition and a purchase receipt must be provided before the merchandise can be returned/exchanged. Returns are to be handled by the customer, including transportation. Refunds will be issued by check or card used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for credit card returns to process.

Accessories, Bedding, Mattresses (After opened). Lamps, and pictures are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable.  Extended Warranties/protection plans are Non-Refundable.  Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.

Delivery service does NOT include removal of current items. Delivery service will not move or be responsible for moving any current items in the path of delivery. Path and space must be cleared prior to delivery or delivery may be rescheduled and another fee charged.

Warranty Issues

In the event that a customer has a covered warranty issue - TO BE APPROVED BY THE STORE, the customer will provided identical replacement or repair at no charge. In the event parts will repair the piece in question, parts may be shipped or made available to pickup at the store. Part installation is not provided after 30 days from delivery. If the goods are discontinued, the store will allow re selection. If the merchandise was delivered to the customer within 30 days, transportation will be provided for the issue. Outside of 30 days, the customer will provide ALL transportation, or be charged a service/re-delivery fee. The manufacturer warranty is typically one year from the date of purchase, but can differ. Please contact the store for details. Warranty issues will not permit a return outside of the return policy. 

 

Cancellations

All cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Please make sure all measurements/color/etc. have been taken into account as most items are custom ordered.  The difference of any refundable amount may also be used as store credit or towards another order. Refunds will be issued by check or the card used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds.

Layaways

Layaways are to have a non refundable deposit of 20% to 25%. The balance is to be paid within 90 days. Please let our sales team know if you are needing longer to pay your layaway.

If the account is inactive over 90 days, then the order will be cancelled and the funds are non refundable.

Clearance & As-Is Merchandise

Clearance and As Is merchandise is to be obtained by the customer within 10 days of purchase, or will result in cancellation of those items, the balance will remain as a store credit, less a 25% cancellation fee. This includes, but not limited to, discounted goods, floor models, previously owned items, and defective or damaged product.

All Clearance and As-Is sales are final, no returns, refunds, 
exchanges, or service for this product.

COASTER HOME DELIVERY SERVICE:

Throughout the site, you will notice thousands of products at your fingertips displaying the "COASTER Home Delivery Service" icon.  When you see this icon, it indicates that a product will be leave for shipping directly from our door to your door within 72 hours of purchase. These items usually ship via UPS and are usually doorstep delivery (may require assembly). It is the customers responsibility to make sure to communicate with UPS for the shipment.

NOTE: Some assembly may be required on most products. Customer is responsible for return shipping on an APPROVED return. Returns must be approved by the store and a restocking fee no less than 25% will be charged on approved returns.
