The delivery can only be tracked once you have received a call or text with delivery time frame.

Unique Piece Furniture provides delivery anywhere in GA. Cost will vary depending on your purchase and location. If you have questions regarding delivery to your area please give the store a call for a quote: 678-402-1190

In Home Dropoff Delivery Service:

  • Deliveries are made Tuesday - Sunday, 8am-11pm, starting at $99.

  • Some areas may be subject to additional fees and delivery day restrictions. See a Sales Consultant for full details

  • Your delivery will be confirmed by Tuesday the week of delivery and you will be given a 3 hour delivery window*.

  • Our Service Technicians will call/text when leaving the stop prior to let you know they are on their way.

  • Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.

  • Delivery includes taking the furniture to the room of choice at one address (some furniture may require an extra set up fee, optional).

  • Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction and/or remodeling, as well as a driveway that is passable.

  • Our Service Technicians are restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home. If you need your existing furniture moved this MUST be done prior to our delivery team arriving. No exceptions.

  • We cannot take appointments or requests. The 3 hour time frame is based on the most efficient routing metrics*.

*delivery times are subject to change depending on traffic, weather, and other extraneous circumstances out of our control Express Delivery Service:

  • Everything in Dropoff Delivery...but FASTER, if you don't live too far away. (see store) In stock items delivered in 1-3 Business Days

  • Regular delivery fee plus $80 for express.

*no discounts may be applied to express delivery Curbside Delivery Service:

  • Available Tuesday - Sunday 8am-11pm, starting at $79

  • Your delivery will be confirmed the week of delivery by Tuesday evening and you will be given a 4 hour delivery window*.

  • Our Service Technicians will call/text when leaving the stop prior to let you know they are on their way.

  • Products with multiple parts will require do-it-yourself assembly.

  • We place all furniture just inside the garage, carport, or driveway of your house, apartment, or condo building.

  • 10-piece maximum for curbside delivery

  • All merchandise is dropped off in the manufacturer's packaging.

  • Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.

  • NOT INCLUDED: placement of furniture into your home or into individual rooms, unpacking or unwrapping furniture, removal of packing materials, any necessary assembly, or delivery outside of our delivery area.

For piece counts that are not defined below, please contact us. Merchandise requiring assembly or items that are considered oversized are subject to an additional $40.00 fee (per room), see store for specifics. Our drivers are not permitted to move any electronics Other Surcharges (in addition to delivery if applicable)

  • 25 to 45 pieces delivered: +$50

  • 46-70 pieces delivered: +$100

  • Assembly Fee (if applicable): $40 PER ROOM - See store for details.

*see associate for full details. Customer Pickup: Pick up is available at our Dallas Ga Warehouse behind our showroom. You must come by the showroom prior to pickup to gather documents to take to the warehouse. Standard warehouse hours are Thursdays/Fridays/Saturdays 10am -3pm. If you need to pickup at a later time, please call the store to make arrangements at 678-402-1190. We will load the furniture in its carton. We do not assemble furniture that is picked up. If you want the furniture assembled you may want to have it delivered. If you choose to pick up your furniture and discover defects or damage, we will send a certified technician out to repair the furniture or you can return it to the store for an exchange. It will be your responsibility to transport damaged merchandise back to the store or pay a delivery charge, no exceptions.
