STORE POLICIES

By shopping with us, you agree prices are subject to change. Typographical errors, pricing errors, etc are subject to corrections/changes. By browsing our site, you agree to this policy. Please excuse any errors. 

Payments Accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. Additional fee may apply for credit cards, no fee for debit cards or cash. Personal checks NOT accepted. ID required for card purchases before delivery.

We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience.

Delivery time and order time is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written.  Actual availability may vary from this estimate. Buyer agrees that changes in availability will not invalidate this order. Unique Piece Furniture is not responsible for manufacturer delays or other causes beyond our control.

Shipping From Manufacturer Information:

Please allow 1-16 weeks (call store for info on your items of interest) for your products to arrive at our warehouse. WE ALSO HAVE TONS OF ITEMS IN STOCK NOW OR AVAILABLE FOR QUICK DELIVERY. Arrival depends on manufacturer’s current inventory availability and supply chain. As soon as your product arrives at our warehouse we will contact you to schedule a delivery/pickup date. 

If you have selected to pick up your order we will notify you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Person placing the order needs to be at least 18 years of age and will need to be present to sign for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

For in store purchases: All returns/exchanges must be approved by the store. It is our Policy that approved items must be returned within 10 days of delivery/pickup for a refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fee (Not Refundable), re-delivery fee and/or return merchandise pick up fee and a minimum of 25% RESTOCKING/CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED. For online and in store orders: special order items are non refundable, non returnable, no returns. Very info such as product sizing/specs/dimensions before ordering. Products in question must be in new condition and a purchase receipt must be provided before the merchandise can be returned/exchanged. Returns/exchanges but be approved by the store prior to return/exchange. Returns are to be handled by the customer, including transportation. Refunds will be issued to the card used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for credit card returns to process.

Accessories, Bedding, Mattresses (After opened). Lamps, and pictures are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable.  Extended Warranties/protection plans are Non-Refundable.  Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.

Delivery service does NOT include removal of current items. Delivery service will not move or be responsible for moving any current items in the path of delivery. Path and space must be cleared prior to delivery or delivery may be rescheduled and another fee charged. Shipping outside of GA is to your front doorstep in the manufacturers packaging. You will be responsible for bringing the items inside.

Warranty Issues

In the event that a customer has a covered warranty issue - TO BE APPROVED BY THE STORE, the customer will provided identical replacement or, parts to fix the issue, a discount to keep the item, or repair at no charge. In the event parts will repair the piece in question, parts may be shipped or made available to pickup at the store. Part installation is not provided after 30 days from delivery. If the goods are discontinued, the store will allow re selection. If the merchandise was delivered to the customer within 30 days, transportation will be provided for the issue. Outside of 30 days, the customer will provide ALL transportation, or be charged a service/re-delivery fee. The manufacturer warranty is typically one year from the date of purchase, but can differ. Please contact the store for details. Warranty issues will not permit a return outside of the return policy. 

Cancellations

All cancelled orders are subject to a minimum restocking/restocking fee of 25%. Please make sure all measurements/color/etc. have been taken into account as many items are custom ordered.  The difference of any refundable amount may also be used as store credit or towards another order. Refunds will be issued by check or the card used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds.

Layaways

Layaways are to have a non refundable deposit of 5% to 25%. The balance is to be paid within the term agreed upon at the time of purchase. Please let our sales team know if you are needing longer to pay your layaway, we are happy to work out a lay a way plan to fit your needs.

If the account is inactive for over 60 days, then the order will be cancelled and the funds are non refundable.

Clearance & As-Is Merchandise

Clearance and As Is merchandise is to be obtained by the customer within 10 days of purchase, (please make arrangements with your sales person if you need more time) or will result in cancellation of those items, the balance will remain as a store credit, less a 25% cancellation fee. This includes, but not limited to, discounted goods, floor models, previously owned items, and defective or damaged product.

All Clearance and As-Is sales are final, no returns, refunds, 
exchanges, or service for this product.

NOTE: Some assembly may be required on most products. Customer is responsible for return shipping on an APPROVED return. Returns must be approved by the store and a restocking fee no less than 25% will be charged on approved returns.

Digital Gift Card Policy

Our digital gift cards are designed for ease and flexibility in your shopping experience.

  1. Usage: Digital gift cards can be used for purchases on our website only. They are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.
  2. Redemption: To redeem a digital gift card, enter the unique code at checkout. The card’s value will be applied to your order total.
  3. Balance: The balance of the gift card can be checked anytime by contacting customer support.
  4. Expiration: Gift cards remain valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
  5. Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost or stolen digital gift cards. Treat them as cash.
  6. Refunds: Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
  7. Regular priced items only, excludes clearance or final markdowns.
  8. Cannot be combined with other offers.
